Shipping policy
Prices of in-stock products are inclusive of Paypal & shipping fee when shipped locally to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland only (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands).
We ship worldwide but please contact us so we can further assist you.
Overseas shipping fees differ according to the destination and shipping methods. Insurance is already included. Customs may charge taxes from you sometimes which is out of our control. We are not responsible for any customs charges or import duties raised by customs staff at the postal depot where the packages are received. Please refer to your local customs or post office websites for more information.
Once you checkout & paid the figure/s you purchased, give us 3 to 8 working days to dispatch your order. All orders are well-packaged. Shipping usually can take up to 2-14 working days depending on the destination. We usually use Parcelforce/Royal Mail/EMS or DHL as our courier
We provide tracking numbers for your orders.
PRE-ORDERS
- Pre-order deposit is non-refundable.
- Invoice of the remaining balance will be sent via Paypal once the figure is released. It should be settled only up to 2 weeks after release. Failure to do so will lose the pre-order slot and the item will be offered to others in the waitlist.
- Paypal fee is already included.
- Shipping Fee from HK warehouse to UK is not yet included and will be added to your remaining balance unless stated otherwise.
- Estimated shipping fee will be in the pre-order details.
- For big/oversized items, we usually quote the shipping fee once the items are released and ready for delivery for price accuracy.
- If the payment plan is not yet finished and your pre-order has already been released, the remaining balance, as well as the shipping fee, should be settled. An invoice will be sent.
