Please think carefully before placing your order.

Processing & Dispatch:

• We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 2–5 working days.

• Every order is safely and securely packaged.

• Orders are shipped via next-day local delivery, fully insured and with full tracking information provided.

Order Cancellations:

• If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel it, but payment method fees (usually 3%) are non-refundable, as these are not returned to us.

• If your order has already been processed, packed, dispatched, or is in transit, a 10% non-refundable fee applies. This covers the materials used, time, and effort put into preparing your order.

Dispatch Delays:

• Our business is run by a small family team. We occasionally take breaks or holidays.

• In case of unforeseen events or emergencies, there may be dispatch delays.

• We kindly ask for your patience and understanding, and we will always notify you of any delays as soon as possible.

• This policy also applies to pre-orders.
