SHIPPING, PRE-ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING ORDERS

​SHIPPING

Prices in general are inclusive of Paypal & shipping fee for most of the items shipped locally in the UK mainland and Northern Ireland only (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands)

 We ship worldwide but please contact us so we can further assist you.

 Overseas shipping fees differ according to the destination and shipping methods. Insurance is already included. Customs may charge taxes from you sometimes which is out of our controllable. We are not responsible for any customs charges or import duties raised by customs staff at the postal depot where the packages are received. Please refer to your local customs or post office websites for more information.

 

Once you checkout & paid the figure/s you purchased, give us 2 to 3 working days to dispatch your order. All orders are well-packaged. Shipping usually can take up to 2-14 working days depending on the destination. We usually use Parcelforce/Royal Mail/EMS or DHL as our courier 

 

We provide tracking numbers for your orders.

 

PRE-ORDERS

  •  Pre-order deposit is non-refundable.
  • Invoice of the remaining balance will be sent via Paypal once the figure is released. It should be settled only up to 2 weeks after release. Failure to do so will lose the pre-order slot and the item will be offered to others in the waitlist.
  • Paypal fee is already included.
  • Shipping Fee from HK warehouse to UK is not yet included and will be added to your remaining balance.
  • Estimated shipping fee will be in the pre-order details.
  • For big/oversized items, we usually quote the shipping fee once the items are released and ready for delivery for price accuracy.

 

SPLIT IN 3 PAYMENTS/INSTALMENTS

  • In the event of cancellation, 20% of the item's price is non-refundable.
  • No extensions.
  • Item will only be shipped once fully-paid.

 

CANCELLATIONS

You can only cancel your order before we ship it. We will charge 10% of the amount as a handling fee for any cancellations as PayPal does not return handling fees to sellers for any cancelled orders.

 

 RETURNS

For returns & manufacture defect, please contact us through our Facebook page or email us at itoy.t@yahoo.com. This only applies for new/recent release figures. Photos of the defect should be taken clearly as a proof and we only give up to 3 days upon receipt of your order. Any returned item must be complete and without damage and is unused.

Returns of items with manufacture defect must be sent/shipped to our Hong Kong warehouse. Address will be given upon contact.

Products released over a period of time and are “BRAND NEW & SEALED” are not applicable for return/refund because most of old released items are made of or came with certain materials (like leather, batteries, lights, etc.) that can show sign of aging overtime which is uncontrollable & unforeseeable because they are sealed.
