PRE-ORDER AND DEPOSIT POLICY

Non-Refundable Deposit:
Before placing your pre-order, please consider your decision carefully. All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Pre-Order Batch Information
First Batch – Expedited Shipping

Faster Delivery: Estimated 4 to 7 business days after release.

Expedited Shipping Fee: Additional shipping from Hong Kong to the UK will be collected when the item is officially released.

Important: Any remaining balance must be paid before shipment.
Second Batch – Standard Shipping

All-Inclusive Price: No additional fees—shipping is already included.

Longer Delivery Time: Estimated 4 to 12 weeks after release. Delay may occur.
Cancelled Pre-order with Installment Payments:
If you cancel your pre-order after making installment payments, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited, and a 3% transaction fee (from the payment provider) will be deducted from any refundable balance. These fees are not returned to us, so we cannot refund them to you.
Remaining Balance:
We will notify you once the product is officially released.
You will have strictly 2 weeks to settle the remaining balance and the local shipping fee (collected once the item is ready for local dispatch).
Failure to pay within 2 weeks will result in forfeiture of your deposit and pre-order slot.
Transferring Pre-orders:
We do not allow transferring pre-orders to another product or customer.
Transit and Delays:
Pre-orders may take time to arrive depending on the manufacturer or supplier’s release schedule. The estimated arrival time is 6–12 weeks, but this may vary.
Delays caused by the manufacturer, supplier, or courier are beyond our control. We ask for your patience and assure you that we will keep you updated as soon as any information is available.
Deposit Refunds (Manufacturer/Supplier Cancellations Only):
A full deposit refund will only be issued if the manufacturer or supplier cancels the product. Please understand that we do not control these decisions.
Dispatch Delays:
• Our business is run by a small family team. We occasionally take breaks or holidays.
• In case of unforeseen events or emergencies, there may be dispatch delays.
• We kindly ask for your patience and understanding, and we will always notify you of any delays as soon as possible.
• This also applies to in-stock orders.
